Madeline Gambino

Madeline Gambino grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and lives in Portland, Oregon. She began training at the School of Madison Ballet under artistic director W. Earle Smith. While there, Madeline joined the pre-professional program for two seasons. After three years of studying dance and arts administration at Butler University’s nationally recognized dance program on an academic scholarship, she joined Ballet Fantastique in Eugene, Oregon as a company artist for two seasons. During her career, Madeline was privileged to perform corps roles in works such as George Balanchine’s Elegie and The Four Temperaments at Madison Ballet and Butler University, respectively. Her favorite professional role was Saoirse, the Magical Bird in Ballet Fantastique’s Dragon & the Night Queen. Madeline graduated from the University of Oregon in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Business. Madeline currently works with GreenWorks, PC, a landscape architecture and environmental firm as their Office Manager. She enjoys expressing herself through dance and is fascinated by how art has a positive impact on people of all ages. When Madeline’s not teaching or working; you can find her walking around the city with her dog and coffee.
