YOUTH HIP HOP
Teach youth hip hop classes for dancers ages 7 to 18. Ideal candidate will have the ability to build a curriculum and weekly lesson plans + class work for absolute beginning, beginning, and/or intermediate classes for dancers ages 7 to 18. Candidate will have experience teaching youth in formal studio settings, be open to substitute teaching, and have experience setting engaging choreography for Winter + Spring showcases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional experience preferred; 2-3 years teaching experience requested
- Confident engaging with young dancers and their parents while creating a welcoming, nurturing, positive and challenging learning environment.
- Must commit to a full academic year (SEP - JUN) with the possibility of summer classes and workshops

Teach youth jazz classes for dancers ages 7 to 18. Ideal candidate will have the ability to build a curriculum and weekly lesson plans + class work for Ballet 2 technique classes through to our pre-professional Pro Track level. Ability to teach pre-pointe, pointe, variations, men’s and partnering is a plus. Candidate will have experience teaching in intensive settings, term, and annual classes, be open to substitute teaching, and have experience setting engaging choreography for Winter + Spring showcases.

Ideal candidate will have the ability to build a curriculum and weekly lesson plans for Creative Movement, Primary Ballet, and Ballet 1 technique classes for dancers ages 4 to 10. Candidate will have experience teaching in week-long camp settings, term and annual classes, be open to substitute teaching, and have experience setting engaging choreography for Winter + Spring showcases.

- Pre-professional or professional classical ballet training requested

- Commitment to a full year program (SEP - JUN) with the possibility of summer classes / camps

DANCE FITNESS
Ideal candidate will have a professional background in dance and/or group fitness classes, the ability to create and execute a standard dance fitness class that includes a warm-up, stretch + strength, technique, and the creation of simple combinations that fuse a dance style with fitness exercises. Teach drop-in adult classes and possible substitute opportunities for the youth program and Outreach. Other Dance Fitness classes we have had in the past are SalsaFit, PowerBARRE, Strength + Stretch, Rock Your Body.

- Confident engaging community and all levels of adult dancers while creating a welcoming, nurturing, positive, and challenging learning environment
- Must commit to a full academic year (SEP - JUN) with the possibility of summer classes and workshops

ADULT HIP HOP
Ideal candidate will have professional performance background, ability to create, implement, and execute standard hip hop classes to include a warm-up, stretch + strength, technique, and creation of combinations. Teach weekly drop-in adult classes(ages 13+) and open to possible substitute opportunities. Must be willing and able to teach a class that is accessible to all levels.
