Audrey Wells

Audrey Wells is originally from Portland and is thrilled to be dancing with NW Dance Project this season! She began her career with SALT Contemporary Dance, where she performed works by choreographers including Micaela Taylor, Ihsan Rustem, Olivier Wevers, Garrett Smith, and Joni McDonald. Following her years with SALT, Audrey performed on tour in Italy with Yin Yue Dance Company, toured to Dallas, Texas, with TL Collective to perform Micaela Taylor’s evening-length work, Blue Nav, and had the pleasure of dancing in several works by Lauren Edson with LED. Most recently, Audrey has danced as a company artist with Open Space Dance, where she performed works by Franco Nieto, Noelle Kayser, Ching Ching Wong, Keelan Whitmore, and Outrun the Bear. Audrey holds a BFA in dance from Marymount Manhattan College and received additional training from programs such as NW Dance Project's MOVE, Springboard Danse, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and San Francisco Conservatory.
