Rebecca Margolick

Rebecca Margolick’s dance works have been presented in Turkey, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Mexico, Israel, and across the U.S. and Canada. She was named one of Dance Magazine's "25 to Watch" in 2021 and has received fellowships and residencies from Alvin Ailey’s New Directions Choreography Lab, Banff Centre, Derida Stage, Centro de las Artes San Luis Potosí, The Dance Centre Vancouver, and other organizations. She has been commissioned to create original works on Oregon Ballet Theatre, La Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, Arts Umbrella, LITVAK dance, Ballet BC’s Annex, Alvin Ailey's BFA Program, Michiyaya, and Dance PORT Derida. This year, she premiered two duet creations, one in New York City with Tushrik Fredericks, and the other in Vancouver BC with Livona Ellis. She has worked with many choreographers and was a company member of Sidra Bell Dance New York from 2012-2016, and UNA Productions from 2015-2023. Rebecca recently joined Andrea Peña & Artists in Montreal as a performer.
